Should your order not be suitable you may return the order within 7 days of receiving it to our business address for a refund or exchange.

Goods should be returned at your own cost, and in their original condition and packaging. On receipt of the returned goods we will dispatch a replacement or provide a refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

If your order qualifies for free delivery and it is returned for a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds or exchanges will not accepted on items that are damaged, used or have been return over 7 days from receipt.

Peter Hart Hair Clinic reserve the right to refuse multiple orders, please do not order lots of wigs to try on. We will charge a 15% handling charge for larger orders, which are returned for a refund. We are happy to exchange items if a wig or hairpiece just does suit you.
